John is Partner with Deloitte & Touche LLP and is based on Nashville. John serves healthcare companies that are both public and nonpublic that range in size and services provided. This experience also includes industry-related issues, SEC matters, internal controls as well as healthcare transactions including acquisitions and divestitures. John is a graduate of Middle Tennessee State University. John is married with three children and currently serves as a board member of the Middle Tennessee State University Accounting Advisory Board as well as the Second Harvest Food Bank of Middle Tennessee.
