John Leathers

John Leathers is First Capitol Consulting’s Director of Product Implementation. In this role, John drive’s the strategic direction of solutions that optimize client business performance around the core areas of workforce management, risk management, regulatory compliance and financial performance. He is responsible for overseeing FCCI’s ACA Consulting and Optimal Health business lines. He holds dual B.Sc. degrees in Business Management and Marketing from Oregon State University.
