Jivan B. Datta is a principal in Ernst & Young LLPs International Tax Services practice based in Charlotte, North Carolina. Jivan leads the Southeast Sub-Area Operating Model Effectiveness (OME) group, and focuses on international tax planning for U.S. and Foreign Multinational Corporations. His OME experience includes designing, implementing and defending OME structures for large multinational corporations in a variety of industries.
Jivan has led business transformation projects in Asia, Europe and the Americas including implementation experience working with multidisciplinary project teams as part of the alignment of the business and tax strategies.
