Jessica Morgan

Jess Morgan is a Senior Manager specializing in US state and local taxation. She helps businesses plan for tax and accounting impacts of strategic transactions.
As a member of the National Tax state policy group, she advises businesses and government affairs organizations on the sub-national tax response to US and global economic developments. Most recently, this includes federal tax reform proposals, the US Supreme Court decision in South Dakota v. Wayfair, and the coronavirus pandemic.
Jess is a graduate of the College of William and Mary, where she studied business and religion, and she earned a master's degree in accounting at the University of Central Florida. She is an Ohio CPA.
