
Jennifer Todling

Jennifer Todling is a Professional Accounting Fellow in the Office of the Chief Accountant’s Professional Practice Group at the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Jennifer is primarily responsible for providing oversight of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) on auditing policy related matters. She also participates in the development of the Commission’s rule proposals.
Prior to joining the Commission in 2014, Jennifer spent three years as a Senior Manager in the National Audit practice of Ernst & Young, LLP in New York where she focused on internal inspections, national audit consultations and PCAOB standard setting activities. She also served as an Audit Manager for life science and healthcare companies in Southern California for eight years.
She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration – Accounting from California State University, Fullerton. Jennifer is a Certified Public Accountant in New York and California and is a member of the AICPA.
