Jennifer Critchley

Jennifer C. Critchley is a Partner in the Firm’s Commercial Litigation, Construction Litigation and Banking Law & Finance Practice Groups.
Ms. Critchley has been involved in a wide variety of successful representations in both federal and state courts of New Jersey and New York. Examples include representation of an engineering firm in a design defect matter, a construction company involved in a major litigation involving a $250 million polypropylene plant in Linden, NJ, and a national bank in numerous check fraud litigations. While Ms. Critchley has successfully represented large corporations, she has devoted significant time to and has found great reward in representing small companies in commercial litigations involving contract disputes, construction disputes, unfair competition and trade libel.

Ms. Critchley received her J.D from Seton Hall University School of Law in 2002 and her B.A. from Colgate University in 1998. Prior to joining Connell Foley in 2003, Ms. Critchley clerked for the Honorable Mark Falk, United States Magistrate Judge of the District of New Jersey. She is admitted to practice in New Jersey and New York and before the United States District Court for the District of New Jersey, the Southern District of New York and the United States Supreme Court.

Ms. Critchley was a recipient of the 2013 NJBIZ ‘Forty Under 40’ award.
