Jennifer (Jen) Leary supports CLA's firmwide strategic efforts to fulfil the CLA Promise and our Purpose - to Create Opportunities for our Clients, our People and our Communities as the Chief Executive Officer.
In addition to supporting various advisory councils within the firm, Jen is a member of the CLA Board of Directors, the CLA Wealth Advisory Board of Directors, and the Leadership Team.
Jen is an executive sponsor of our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Team and our newly launched Community Engagement Team.
She has been serving clients for over 20 years in the United States and Europe. Her background includes assurance, consulting, mergers & acquisitions and Global Concierge Services. She has previously served the firm in various roles such as Chief Strategy Officer, Client Service Leader and Managing Partner of the Carolinas.
