Jeff Rockwell High is the leading the development of financial instruments content and credential at the AICPA. He is responsible for financial instruments and related policy, credentialing, analysis, and research. Previously he was Chief Economist and Head of Asset Allocation at CAPTRUST, and before that manager of derivatives strategy with Deutsche Bank and Wells Fargo covering US and Asian markets. Jeff holds Masters degrees in economics and financial mathematics from the University of North Carolina and North Carolina State University respectively, and a Bachelors in finance and applied statistics from the University of Cape Town.
