Jeffrey is the Managing Director of the IP Valuation Business Unit with ktMINE and is intimately familiar with licensing practices, trends and the valuation of intangibles. Through the company’s extensive database, he has extensive knowledge of, and access to, licensing data from thousands of actual licenses across a broad range of industries. He has previous transfer pricing consulting experience and has performed various services for multinational companies including tangible, intangible, and services analyses. In addition, he has experience in litigation support, including section 936 exit strategies and intellectual property valuation.
Jeff was also a contributing author to the Guide to International Transfer Pricing: Law, Tax Planning and Compliance, US Chapter 13, Section 3 Penalties for non-Compliance. He has worked with clients in a variety of industries including pharmaceutical, software, industrial goods, automotive, logistics, retail, and financial services.
