Jeff C. Phillips

Jeff Phillips is Co-Founder and CEO of Accountingfly which provides firms low-cost solutions to attract better talent, reduce recruiting costs and cut time to fill positions. Jeff spent six years at Monster.com, where he advised Fortune 500 clients how to hire better candidates at a lower cost. In 2014 he was named by Accounting Today as one of the 100 Most Influential People in Accounting for helping level the recruitment playing field for smaller firms and changing the way firms hire talent. He coaches accounting firms on recruitment process, strategy, and how to be the types of workplaces that will attract the next generation of talent. Jeff has a BBA from Baylor University and an MBA from Southern Methodist University and lives in Pensacola, FL.
