Jeff Parkison, CPA, CGMA
Jeff Parkison is the Director of Treasury and Financial Planning & Analysis for City Utilities of Springfield, Missouri. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a Chartered Global Management Accountant. In his role, Jeff is responsible for the cash management and financing activities, along with leading the development of the $600 million Annual Operating Budget and five-year Operating Plan. He also leads the Strategic Planning efforts for the utility.
Jeff graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Accounting and an MBA from Missouri State University. Jeff previously served as Chair of the AICPA Government Performance and Accountability Committee and is the Vice Chair of the Missouri Society of Certified Public Accountants. He was selected to participate in the AICPA Leadership Academy in 2010.
