Jeannie Park Lee is an associate at SBRS. Her practice includes a focus on representing insureds and insurers who are facing cybersecurity and information security breaches, as well as litigation pertaining to other liability issues.

Jeannie has handled information security and data breach response issues for insurers and insureds for several years with a particular focus on data breach response and crisis management. She has counseled clients through data breach notification procedures, assisting in the creation of WISPS, interfacing with Attorneys General (and other governmental entities) and coordinating investigation and mitigation efforts.

She has also worked extensively with clients to navigate the challenges of compliance with the Medicare, Medicaid & SCHIP Extension Act of 2007. She has spoken on these issues for insurance carriers both nationally and internationally.

Professional Experience
Jeannie has been an associate at three well-respected litigation firms before joining Stewart Bernstiel Rebar & Smith in 2016. Her career has been focused on providing first-class representation to insurers and insureds. She has been deeply involved with information security for several years, and worked with the first wave of insureds to present claims under cyber policies.
