Jason is a tax partner with the Los Angeles office of Ernst & Young LLP. He has more than a decade of experience advising clients in the real estate, hospitality, and construction industries, including publicly traded and privately held REITs, real estate funds, and homebuilders. He advises his clients on REIT qualification and due diligence; UPREIT initial public offering formation transactions; business combinations; asset acquisitions and dispositions, and inbound and outbound structuring. He also has broad knowledge of ASC 740 for public and private real estate companies.
