James Maiorino is a Senior Vice President and Senior Credit Products Officer with over 36 years of experience sourcing, structuring and underwriting commercial banking transactions. His areas of expertise include not-for-profit and healthcare lending, large corporate transactions, and middle market banking. As a senior member of the Bank of America Healthcare and Not-for-Profit Institutions Group, he and his team manage a portfolio of approximately $2.5 billion in commitments by the Bank and are responsible for delivering debt and credit products to not-for-profit organizations, hospitals, nursing homes, social service organizations, cultural institutions, and Universities in the New York Metropolitan region.
James was formerly a Client Manager in the Large Corporate Group where he sourced and structured credit facilities for businesses across the country with annual revenues between $100 Million and $5 Billion.
Formally credit trained at Chemical Bank, James holds a BS in Finance from the University of Rhode Island and an MBA from Hofstra University. James is an active member in his community, serving on various community boards.
