James P. Lary CFE

James is a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young's Fraud Investigation & Dispute Services (FIDS) practice. He has over 12 years of professional services experience ranging from leading enterprise software implementations to managing electronic discovery activities for E&Y clients in the energy, telecommunications, automotive, and airline industries. James specializes in legal technology services including electronic discovery management and discovery response planning. He has significant experience managing electronic discovery engagements supporting civil and criminal litigation and internal investigations domestically as well as in Canada, Central Europe, and East Asia. In addition, James has managed a number of engagements involving the development of corporate discovery response programs and the data mapping of Electronically Stored Information in the real estate, energy, and financial services industries. Most recently, James assisted a multi-national Fortune 100 company in conducting an internal review around policies and procedures related to the FCPA. He coordinated the collection of data in 22 countries simultaneously and oversaw the eDiscovery processing and review across six continents and over 250 custodians. James is a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) and an Electronic Records Management Specialist (ERMs).
