James M. Good is a partner at Gursey | Schneider LLP in the firm’s Litigation Services Department where he specializes in the area of forensic accounting in family law, particularly in long-cause matters. He has provided litigation accounting services to executives and owners of both public and closely held corporations and partnerships in the following industries: investments including private equity and hedge funds, medical, agricultural, manufacturing, printing and publishing, real estate, marketing and entertainment. Mr. Good has performed a wide range of litigation accounting services including lost profits damage analyses, business appraisals, analyzing gross cash flow available for support, and the tracing of assets for the determination of their characterization. Further, he was involved in the development and implementation of algorithms underlying Gursey | Schneider’s proprietary tracing programs. Mr. Good is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of California. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA) and holds the AICPA issued Certified in Financial Forensics (CFF) credential.
