Ms. Massari is an associate in Davis Polk's Financial Institutions Group and the Trading and Markets practice. She advises major global banks, asset managers, and corporations on the requirements, impact and implementation of the Dodd-Frank financial reform legislation. In this area, her practice focuses on derivatives regulation, the Volcker Rule and systemic risk regulation. She frequently works with industry organizations in connection with advocacy efforts on legislative and regulatory proposals. She received her B.A. in Chemistry from Cornell University in 2000 and her J.D. (cum laude) from Duke University School of Law in 2007.
