Holly Sharp CPA, CFE, CFF

Holly Sharp is a Certified Public Accountant and Director with LaPorte CPAs & Business Consultants. She is an adjunct professor of taxation at the A. B. Freeman School of Business, Tulane University. She is also a Certified Fraud Examiner and Certified in Financial Forensics. She received a Masters of Science in Tax Accounting from the University of New Orleans in 1981 and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management from Tulane University in 1979. She authored the 2013 AICPA Practice Aid Measuring Damages Involving Individuals and was one of the co-authors of the 2015 AICPA Practice Aid Attaining Reasonable Certainty in Economic Damages Calculations.
