Heidi Leach

Heidi Leach is the Senior Director of IT at Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota, where she leads enterprise applications, data intelligence technologies, and business systems initiatives. Drawing from her experience across the nonprofit, financial, construction, retail, and manufacturing industries, she is dedicated to using technology to foster innovation and support organizational growth.

Heidi holds a B.S. in Communication Studies and an M.S. in Information & Communication Technologies from the University of Wisconsin. She is currently pursuing a Doctor of Information Technology at Capella University, focusing her research on driving technology for social impact.
