Heidi Crosby is the Vice President of Audit Services for Trinity Health. Heidi is responsible for the internal audit function throughout Trinity Health which includes financial, operational, information technology and select regulatory compliance audits. She leads a team of over 30 professionals in the execution of the internal audit plan and in support of the Trinity Health Strategic Plan.

Heidi has over 30 years of internal and external audit experience exclusively in the healthcare and not-for-profit industries. Prior to joining Trinity Health in 2001, Heidi was an audit partner with a boutique professional services firm located in New York, specializing in serving healthcare and not-for-profit clients and later worked for a regional firm in Michigan, in their Not-for-profit and Health Sciences divisions.
Heidi holds a Bachelor's in Business Administration with a concentration in Public Accounting. She is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in New York and Michigan and is a Certified Internal Auditor and a Certified Healthcare Financial Professional from the HFMA.
Heidi has presented nationally on a variety of not-for-profit and Healthcare industry topics for the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New York State Society of CPAs, Michigan Association of CPAs, Health Care Compliance Association and the Association of Healthcare Internal Auditors (AHIA). She served on the Board of Directors of the AHIA (a professional association committed to the advancement of the healthcare internal audit profession) for 7 years and currently serves as a member of the AHIA eLearning Committee.
