As a member of the Senior Management Team, I am responsible for the development and implementation of marketing strategy that extends brand awareness, protects market share and enhances service excellence. My primary responsibility is to develop, implement and monitor marketing strategy for the organization. Activities include: marketing research; member acquisition, retention, and reactivation; data analysis; market segmentation; advertising; digital media; media placement; e-commerce; and member education services. My drive and focus is to ensure that departmental objectives and operational goals are met and are in line with the needs and mission of the organization.
