Heather Trower CPA

Heather has been in the profession for over 25 years and has been with the PICPA since 2008. She started in public accounting with Arthur Andersen and then spent a few years in corporate accounting and finance roles before joining the PICPA.  As the Professional & Technical Standards Manager, she oversees the technical review team, in addition to providing support to the Peer Review Committee, reviewers, and firms throughout the states administered by the PICPA, which include Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York, and the Virgin Islands. She has served on the AICPA Technical Reviewer Advisory Task Force (TRATF) for over 10 years and is an often presenter at the AICPA’s annual peer review conference.  Heather is a graduate of Bucknell University in Lewisburg, PA and holds a BSBA with a concentration in accounting. She grew up outside Philadelphia and has resided in the city for the past nine years. Heather is a member of the AICPA and PICPA.
