Heather Hinchley is a Senior Solutions Engineer supporting the Financial Institutions vertical at Strata. Since joining the firm in 2015, Mrs. Hinchley has filled multiple roles in Professional Services and Sales leading to her current position as Senior Solutions Engineer.
With more than 15 years of banking experience prior to joining Strata, Mrs. Hinchley has a broad background in Financial Planning and Analysis related responsibilities. She held multiple titles working with regional banks in the Pacific Northwest, most recently serving as a Senior Financial Analyst with Umpqua Bank in Spokane, Washington. Mrs. Hinchley’s industry experience includes indirect lending, board reporting, expense analysis, organizational profitability, loan loss provision, funds transfer pricing, and budgeting. She also has deep knowledge of incentive and commission compensation planning, data compilation, and reporting.
