Heather Danchik

Heather Danchik is a Director on Chatham's Valuation, Reporting, and Analytics team, serving as head of debt valuation. Her team focuses on facilitating transparency and confidence in real estate valuations by aligning the valuation process, deliverables, and conclusions with market participant behavior. Prior to her current role, Heather most recently managed client relationships for some of Chatham's largest and most complex accounts. She also worked in product management where she helped market-leading commercial real estate clients address industry problems with a focus on debt, asset valuations, and the capital markets. Heather began her time on the Valuation team as a consultant, running client valuations.
