Harlan Kwiatek

Harlan Kwiatek has joined McGladrey LLP as a tax partner in its New York City office. Harlan will be responsible for the management and oversight of state and local tax professionals in all areas of state and local for McGladrey's New York City, NY, Blue Bell, PA and Stamford, CT offices.

Harlan brings 30 years of experience providing tax consulting and compliance services to his clients on state income, franchise, property, sales and use taxes and credit and incentive matters. His experience includes state tax law research and planning, state audit defense representation, negotiations at the field and administration hearing levels, review and preparation of tax refunds and voluntary disclosures.

Harlan joins McGladrey’s tax practice which serves thousands of institutions and private clients nationally from 76 offices as well as through its international network, RSM, and its affiliates. “McGladrey has made growing the SALT practice a priority and I’m excited for the opportunity to contribute to its development locally, regionally and nationally,” said Harlan.
