Rowan Leathers concentrates his practice on the areas of employment law including litigation, compliance, counseling and training; non-compete and trade secret litigation; class and collective action litigation; financial institution related litigation; and accounting malpractice consultation, regulatory representation and litigation.
Rowan is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell and is a Certified Public Accountant. He has served in leadership roles for the American Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants and the Nashville Bar Association.
He obtained his J.D. from Emory University and is admitted to the Tennessee State Bar, the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Tennessee, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit, the U.S. Supreme Court and U.S. Tax Court.
