  • Advised a top 10 mortgage servicer with regard to procedures covering bankruptcy, loss mitigation, payment processing and escrow among other areas.
  • Advised internal audit departments of 3 top 20 mortgage servicing companies with regard to auditing their respective management's response to a regulatory consent orders.
  • Advised a top 10 mortgage servicer in connection with its bid to acquire significant mortgage servicing rights.

    Prior to 2010, Greg was a Vice President at Fannie Mae where he had served in developing the Program Administration function for the “Making Home Affordable” program and where he had also served as the head of the Accounting Policy Group. In 2008 and 2009, Greg participated as a member of the FASB's Valuation Resource Group, advising the FASB staff of valuation practice issues. He also served as a Professional Accounting Fellow in the Chief Accountant's Office of the OCC during 2002 through 2004 where he advised National Bank Examiners on matters of accounting and auditing and participated in the Accounting Task Force of the Basel Committee on Banking Supervision.

    Greg is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of California and in the Commonwealth of Virginia, and is a Certified Internal Auditor. He holds an MBA from the University of Southern California and a BA in Business Economics from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He is also a member of the AICPA.
