Gregory Brown JD

Greg Brown focuses his practice on employee stock ownership plans (ESOP), the Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) fiduciary matters, tax-qualified retirement plans, executive compensation and ERISA litigation. He serves as co-chair of Holland & Knight's ESOP Group. In addition, he handles audits and investigations of plans by the U.S. Department of Labor and Internal Revenue Service and advises clients on ways to minimize litigation risk through benefit plan design, governance and administration.

Mr. Brown represents both closely held companies and national Fortune 500 publicly traded companies on employee benefits matters, as well as organizations throughout the food and beverage, government contracting, technology, retail and direct marketing, healthcare, banking and financial services industries.

Beyond his law practice, Mr. Brown is a regular writer and speaker on a range of employee benefits law topics nationwide.
