Among other technology initiatives, Glen has designed and installed a new budgeting system, financial reporting system, close management system, cap table and option management software, sales and use tax software, and travel and expense management solutions. Glen was also been instrumental in developing the company's first disaster recovery program which helped move most of its operating technologies to the cloud. Glen also conceived the company's first supply chain management program, along with building a new FP&A function from scratch.

Prior to joining AccuWeather, Glen was a Regional Managing Director for ParenteBeard, a $170M+ accounting firm with 21 offices across Pennsylvania, New Jersey, New York, and Maryland.
