| I serve as leader of the outstanding team in BKD's Southern Missouri offices in Springfield, Joplin and Branson, responsible for ensuring that our clients are provided excellent service, timely and relevant information and great value. I serve on the executive committee of the Board of the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks and belong to the Springfield Metro Rotary club. Previously I have also served on the Boards of the American Red Cross's Greater Ozarks region and the Springfield Area Chamber of Commerce and as chair of The Network for Springfield’s young professionals. In my 23 years in public accounting, I've specialized in working with clients in the manufacturing, retail, entertainment and service industries. I consult with clients on significant transactions such as mergers and acquisitions or obtaining new sources of financing, or complex financial topics such as stock options and complex compensation models, internal controls, financial reporting and ownership succession and exit planning. |
