Frenk van Vliet

Frenk has been working for PKF Wallast as an adviser since 1989. He started at PKF Wallast, then worked for Deloitte and after four years returned to PKF Wallast. His work covers advising (family) partnerships, corporations and their shareholders on how to optimize their legal and fiscal position. He regularly advises on reorganizations, mergers and acquisitions (both nationally and internationally), and also on business succession for family businesses. Frenk studied corporate law and civil law at the Erasmus University in Rotterdam and tax law at the Rijksuniversiteit in Leiden and is a member of the Nederlandse Orde van Belastingadviseurs (Dutch Organisation of Tax Advisors). Frenk has been a member of the International Tax Committee of PKF International and is a frequent speaker at both national and international conferences on various tax issues.
