Fred Frank CPA

Fred is a Partner in Moss Adams LLP’s national office and serves the firm as the Director of Accounting and Financial Reporting and National Practice Leader of SEC services. He focuses on emerging issues that impact the firm’s public company clients and is consulted on complex SEC matters and other areas relating to accounting, auditing and financial reporting. Fred’s experience includes a Professional Accounting Fellowship in the Division of Corporation Finance at the U.S. Securities Exchange Commission in Washington D.C. Fred is currently a member of the Center for Audit Quality SEC Regulations Committee.
