Frank Troppe is a Consulting Partner with Miller Heiman, the world’s leading organization dedicated to sales effectiveness.  A successful sales VP for both publicly traded and private equity portfolio companies, Frank now focuses on professional services firms with the accounting / tax / consulting functions representing his main category of study.  Frank has been involved with guiding lead partners and business development teams on more than 300 important pursuits and key oral presentations.  Significant recent client wins came from the healthcare, financial services, manufacturing and public sectors in the areas of audit, transfer pricing, SALT and systems assessment/implementation.  He also guides corporate lawyers interested in practice development.  The author of books on team productivity and collaboration, Frank also guides team interested in key account strategy and cross-selling across functions.  Frank is a graduate of Northwestern University and Loyola University of Chicago Law School.
