Frank Samuels

Frank is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Technology Services & Architecture practice, focusing primarily on CIO Advisory and technology enabled business transformation programs to the Oil & Gas industry clients. Frank has over 25 combined years of experience as a management consultant, an engineer, and a corporate finance executive; over the past 18 years he has been a trusted client advisor on business and technology strategy matters to his clients.

He has worked with many oil and gas and manufacturing clients to redefine their digital business and IT strategies, evaluate, select and implement technology platforms to drive transformation program value capture. He has also worked with clients to better orchestrate their M&A activities to deliver synergies via technology portfolio rationalization, IT process standardization, and IT service delivery redesign.

He is adept at working with client executives to articulate a coherent value story, define the program scope, sort through tradeoffs and then mobilize a joint team to stage, manage and deliver transformed client capabilities.

Frank holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management. He is a Certified Financial Engineer and a Certified Management Accountant.
