Frank Previti CPA/CFF, CFE

Mr. Previti has over 20 years' of diverse experience in accounting and assurance, tax, non-traditional, forensic and litigation support services. He is a Partner at DiSanto, Priest & Co., serving both domestic and international client engagements, as well as tax and financial reporting services for privately-held businesses and individuals in a number of industries including manufacturing, distribution, precious metals, and technology. In addition, Mr. Previti is leading the Firm's Non-Traditional and Agreed Upon Procedures (AUP) engagements which specifically address client concerns by utilizing a customized suite of procedures designed to meet the needs of client situations. AUP engagements have been used heavily in the merger and acquisition due diligence, contract compliance, and other specialized arenas.

Mr. Previti's experience includes forensic accounting, fraud investigative services, and expert witness testimony for attorneys involved in business litigation. He has assisted attorneys in various areas of discovery, investigative accounting, trial preparation, expert witness testimony, and settlement agreements and proposals. He is a member of the Forensic and Litigation Services (FLS) committee of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
