Frank L Merenda, ASA, CVA, is President of EAC Valuations LLC, located in Conshohocken, PA. EAC has provided more than 14,000 appraisals worldwide since 1971, including real estate, machinery & equipment, intangible asset and business equity valuations. Mr. Merenda purchased EAC's predecessor company, Enterprise Appraisal Company, in 2007.
Prior to entering the valuation industry, Mr. Merenda spent more than 25 years as a Chemical Engineer and Business Manager for multi-national chemical companies, including what is now BASF, Solvay, Evonik and The PQ Corporation.
Mr. Merenda earned the Accredited Senior Appraiser (ASA) designation from the American Society of Appraisers, and a Certified Valuation Analyst designation from the National Association of Certified Valuators and Analysts (NACVA). He obtained MS and BS degrees in Chemical Engineering, and BA and MBA degrees in Business Administration from Rutgers University in New Jersey.
