Erik Hansen

Erik Hansen is a seasoned finance executive with over 30 years of experience in Tax, Finance and Accounting System IT data management.

For the past 18 years, Erik has been a Director at The Walt Disney Company (TWDC), based in Orlando, FL. He currently oversees Finance Transformation for the DPEP segment. He has also led Financial and Corporate Tax Systems, as well as provided oversight in the areas of Reporting, SAP Security, SAP Project Initiate to Close, Supply Chain (Warehouse and Inventory Accounting), Forecast and Plan, and Income Tax.

Prior to TWDC, Erik worked for Ernst & Young LLP as a Senior Manager in its National Tax Data Management practice for 8 years. Within his tenure, he participated in over 15 major SAP implementations and is certified in both SAP FI/CO and SAP BI. Early in his career, he also worked for General Electric (Accounting and Audit) and Lockheed Martin (Systems Audit).

Erik holds an MBA from the University of Florida and a BS in Finance from the University of South Florida.

Originally from Ft. Lauderdale, FL, he currently resides in Cocoa Beach, FL. Outside interests include boating, fishing, and football. He also served as President of the USF Alumni Association, Orlando Chapter (2 Year Duration).
