Eric Williams is a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Fraud Investigation and Dispute Services (FIDS) practice in Houston. He has 14 years experience in accounting and finance and over 12 years experience in purchase price dispute arbitrations, anti-bribery/anti-corruption due diligence and investigations and forensic accounting matters.
Eric is a member of Transaction Forensics, a FIDS service line that focuses on due diligence services (primarily related to anti-corruption and other forensic due diligence) and disputes and investigations that stem from contemplated and completed merger and acquisition transactions.
Eric has developed experience serving a variety of industries, from energy and chemicals to manufacturing, and healthcare. Eric has been involved in transactions covering all continents with significant experience in Latin America and Africa.
Eric joined Ernst & Young’s FIDS group in 2003. Prior to joining FIDS, Eric worked for two years in the energy industry with a global oil and gas company, where he served in a financial accounting role.
