I am a CPA, ABV and CFF, as well as a Shareholder and Managing Director with BBP Partners. I provide financial analyses and guidance to parties involved in litigation, arbitration and other dispute forums by providing consulting and/or expert witness testimony regarding lost profits and economic damages issues. In addition, I perform accounting investigations related to intellectual property licenses and other corporate fraud issues. I have experience in a wide range of industries including high-tech manufacturing, financial services, industrial goods manufacturing, consumer goods manufacturing, hospitality, electric and gas utilities, construction, entertainment, and transportation. I also have significant experience performing investigations in foreign countries, including China, Japan, Taiwan and several countries in the European Union.
