Eileen Brassil

Eileen Brassil, CPA, CFE, is a Partner in the Illinois office of Legacy Professionals LLP. She also serves on the Firm's Management Committee. Eileen specializes in working with Taft-Hartley multiemployer benefit plans and labor organizations. She reviews many jobs for the Firm's three offices. Eileen serves as chair of the Firm's Audit and Accounting (A&A) Services Committee, which is responsible for keeping up on current developments in accounting principles and auditing standards and for developing policies and procedures for the Firm. Eileen serves on the Professionals Committee for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Eileen has previously served on the AICPA Employee Benefit Plans Expert Panel and the Executive Committee of the AICPA Employee Benefit Plan Quality Center, and was a contributor for the Multiemployer Chapter of the AICPA Audit and Accounting Guide for Employee Benefit Plans. Eileen is a frequent educational speaker and moderator at benefit plan conferences. Eileen also provides education at in-house training sessions and client seminars. Eileen is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants as well as the Illinois CPA Society. She is also a member of the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners and the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans.
