Dr. Anne Perschel, President, Germane Consulting, is a leadership and organizational psychologist. Company leaders seeking the competitive advantages of gender balance in their organizations, work with Dr. Perschel as a strategic advisor. She also serves as coach, confidant, advisor and change consultant to senior leaders and high potential up-and-comers in a variety of industries. Perschel’s research report, Women and the Paradox of Power, along with articles on leadership, employee engagement and gender diversity, have appeared in national and global publications, including Global Business and Organization Excellence, Forbes, Huffington Post, American Society for Training and Development. Dr. Perschel has also conducted research on how women have transformed leadership practices over the past twenty years.   Dr. Perschel is a co-founder 3Plus International, a career incubator for high potential women, where she served as company Director and VP Mentoring and Sponsorship programs. She has also been a senior manager at two Fortune 100 companies. Anne lives in the greater Boston area with her husband, Robert Perschel, Executive Director, New England Forestry Foundation. Their adult son, Jordan, lives in Chicago and works in the financial services industry. Anne’s favorite sound is ocean waves receding over stones. Her favorite scenes include beaches and the spontaneous expressions of young children who haven’t yet learned to hide their emotions. She loves the smells of freesias and lilacs.
