Doug Halley

Doug is an audit partner in the Life Sciences and Health Care Practice, serving clients in Los Angeles, Orange County and San Diego. He has over 25 years experience serving significant national and multinational public and private clients including Hospitals, research and development institutes, higher education providers, social welfare entities and other high profile tax exempt organizations. He has extensive experience managing and performing audits of financial statements, reviews of SEC filings, accounting for mergers and acquisitions, performing internal control audits and the review of public debt offerings.

Doug also serves as the engagement quality control review partner for a number of significant multinational clients and provides guidance to our teams related to acquisitions, divestitures, SEC comment letters, joint ventures, regulatory/legal matters and disclosures related to these and other significant events.

Doug also works with organizations on the identification, development and implementation of leading practices in the Corporate Governance arena and has facilitated training for clients and the Andersen School of Management at UCLA. He also serves on the Firm’s Pro Bono counsel and assists in the evaluation of projects and services provided on a pro bono basis to non profit organizations.
