Mr. Donald J. Musso co-founded First Commons Bank, N.A. (formerly First Commons Bank, National Association) in 2009. Mr. Musso is Founder of FinPro, Inc. and serves as its President. Mr. Musso is an Instructor of strategic planning and mergers and acquisitions for Stonier Graduate School of Banking. He also teaches planning at Graduate School of Banking at Colorado and provides Director training for several state organizations. Prior to establishing FinPro, he had direct industry experience, where he managed the Corporate Planning and Mergers and Acquisitions departments for Meritor Financial Group.
Prior to that, he managed the banking, thrift and real estate consulting practice in New Jersey for DeLoitte, Haskins and Sells. He is also an organizer and director of a de novo bank in Long Island. He is a significant investor in many others. He has served in board, managerial and advisory roles with all types of financial institutions. He has been a Director of Millington Savings Bank since April 26, 2013. He has been a Director of MSB Financial Corp. since April 2013. He has been a Director of Millington Savings Bank at MSB Financial Corp. since April 2013. He served as a Director of Nittany Financial Corp. since 1997 and its subsidiary Nittany Bank. Mr. Musso Holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Villanova University and an MBA in Finance from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
