Donald Mooers is Founder and Managing Partner of Mooers Immigration. His nationwide clients include international NGOs, businesses, high-tech enterprises, educational institutions, a professional sports league, and individuals. He is an active member of AILA, the American Immigration Lawyers Association.
A graduate of Duke and the George Washington University Law School, Mooers was a Peace Corps Volunteer and Fulbright Scholar. He worked on Capitol Hill, and later served in the Clinton Administration as State Department Senior Advisor and then as Peace Corps Regional Director for Europe, Mediterranean and Asia. Prior to practicing Immigration Law, Mooers helped direct NGO and US Government-funded development efforts throughout Africa, Central and Eastern Europe, Asia and the Caribbean.
