Dena Herbolich

Dena has practiced public accounting since 1993. Dena has served many years on the Baker Tilly Employee Benefit Plan Steering Committee and is currently a member of the Firm's ESOP Accounting Topic Technical Team. Her benefit plan practice includes audits and consulting for defined contribution and defined benefit retirement and health plans, employee stock ownership, cash balance, and complex investment arrangements.   She received the Moss Adams Technical Excellence Award for her knowledge of the employee benefit plan industry. She was the co-chair of the AICPA EBP Conference Planning Committee in 2017 and 2018. Dena is a member of the ESOP Association and the National Center for Employee Ownership.
