Deby MacLeod CPA, CGMA

Deby is an audit & assurance shareholder with Clark Nuber, P.S., in Bellevue, Washington where she specializes in serving the firm's not-for-profit clients with a focus on foundations, international NGOs, and education organizations. She provides a variety of services including financial statement, Single Audit, and program audits; process, policy, and internal controls consulting; grantee assessment, due diligence, and monitoring; and business health checkups. Deby is a member of the firm's Technical Issues Committee and conducts both internal and external education training.

Deby has also worked for a number of years as an accountant in private industry, including a large not-for-profit organization that focuses on global health and development. This experience provides Deby valuable insight to her clients' challenges and helps her better meet her clients' needs.
