Debra Sandoval

Debbie is a Managing Director in the Houston State and Local Tax practice and is the US Excise Tax Practice leader. She specializes in sales/use tax, excise tax including motor fuel, IFTA, heavy highway vehicle use tax/ retailer tax and severance tax. Debbie has over fifteen years of multi-state indirect tax experience. Over the course of Debbie's thirteen years with PwC, her clients have included companies in the oil and gas E & P, midstream and upstream industry, oil field service and petrochemical industry.
