David Rubin is a principal with CohnReznick Advisory Group and serves as the National Director of Risk and Business Advisory, which encompasses the Firm’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance Practice and its Management and Technology Consulting Practice. David has been consulting on organizational issues for over 25 years. He has advised over 600 client companies and has been responsible for a broad range of assignments, including technology strategy and deployment, strategic planning, process reengineering, and profit improvement.
David’s client experience includes complex technology implementation and remediation, data management and data visualization, corporate reengineering, post-acquisition integration, and development of policies and procedures. He has worked with clients in a wide range of industries, including engineering and architecture, financial services, construction, manufacturing, distribution, and life sciences. His clients range in size from mid-market companies to Fortune 100 companies. David is an advisor to numerous companies and has served on several corporate boards. He has written many articles on management issues and is frequently invited to speak before professional and trade groups.
Prior to joining the Firm in 2003, David worked for an organizational management consulting firm. David joined as a staff consultant and was named president of that firm in 1998. David has also held positions in corporate planning, as well as business development and research, with leading marketing and advertising firms. During his tenure in the advertising world, David represented a large tour operator to coordinate the revitalization of travel to the former Soviet Union following the 1980 Olympic boycott.
