Dave is a Principal and the co-lead for Valuation Services' Financial Services Practice. With over 25 years of financial analysis experience, his work at KPMG focuses on financial services companies such as commercial banks, asset managers, fintech and specialty finance companies as well as cryptocurrency assets and crypto-focused operating companies and the valuation of complex and illiquid financial instruments.

His experience also includes bankruptcy work, purchase price allocations, goodwill impairment studies, business enterprise and equity valuations. Prior to joining KPMG, Dave worked in the derivatives industry as a risk manager/trader and in the banking industry.
