David Hayes

David Hayes is an information systems specialist in GAO’s financial management and assurance team. He supports the financial audit practice in matters involving internal control implemented through computerization. He has an engineering background with extensive experience in both internal control and information system security. David earned an MBA from the University of Maryland.
